Where’s your t-shirt been

Ok so you’ve been there, done that, worn the t-shirt! Well now it’s time to prove it! We want to see photo’s of you wearing your BML t-shirt whether it’s in an exotic location, another festival, at work, at the gym or wherever! We want to see a photo of you wearing it. The best photos will be posted on our website. The top five most creative and imaginative photos will be awarded with pairs of 2012 BML festival tickets.

Email your photos to info@bingleymusiclive.com telling us who you are and where it was taken.

Terms and conditions
- Closing date for entries is 30th October 2011.
  
  Photos to be no more than 2MB in size
  
  Photos are limited to 3 submissions per person.
  
  Winners will be selected within 5 days of the closing date and will be notified immediately.
  
  Winners are required to contact Bingley Music Live to confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period, or if the person is not contactable, Bradford Council reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next selected entry. The winner and one person of their choosing will be awarded with free weekend entry to Bingley Music Live 2012. Further details will be provided to winners.
  
  If you submit an image, you do so in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
  
  In contributing your photograph you agree to grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use the material in any way that we want, including using your name and photograph for publicity purposes by Bradford Council in printed and/or online formats.Bradford Council reserve the right to use the photos that you send.Please observe relevant laws including the Data Protection Act (1998) when photographing individuals, and seek relevant permissions. If your photos are to include any adults or children, you agree to inform them (and their parent(s) or guardian(s) if the person is under 16 years old) of what the photograph(s) shall be used for prior to taking the photograph(s). Entrants must ensure that any person or persons whose image is used in an entry has given valid consent for the use of their image or has waived any rights they may have in the image submitted. Where such a person is under 16, the consent of that person’s parent or guardian must be obtained. Failure to demonstrate consent to the satisfaction of Bradford Council may result in the entrant’s disqualification of any prize.
  
  At no time should you endanger yourself or others, take any unnecessary risks or infringe any laws.
