  18. We may prosecute you if you cause damage to the venue, the venue infrastructure, or cause harm to any other person at the Event and/or Venue.

Ticket Touts

Beware of unauthorised ticket agencies including eBay, buying from them can be a lot of trouble - You are likely to pay over the odds for a ticket that will never have existed or might never materialise.

If you feel a victim of these companies we suggest a number of actions:

  1. Call the police; if your money has been taken and no product delivered, this is theft.
  2. Report the company to the Trading Standards
  3. Please let us know here at Bingley Music Live, unfortunately we won’t be able to help you out but we can let others know about dodgy websites and prevent them falling into the same trap.

Our Authorised retailers are as follows:

  • See Tickets
  • Bingley Council Shop
  • Keighley Town Hall
  • Bradford Visitor Information Centre
  • Jumbo Records, Leeds
  • Crash Records, Leeds
  • Attic Records, York

Ticket Distribution

Tickets bought online are only usually distributed 7-10 days prior to the Festival. More information on the status of your order can be found at http://www.seetickets.com/content/ORDER-TRACKER

All ticket enquiries should be directed to the point of purchase. For tickets bought online this is See Tickets - www.seetickets.com/CustomerService

Alcohol

Sorry but alcohol is not allowed to be brought into the event. There is a gated security system where bag inspection will take place by licensed stewards.

Challenge 21

We will be operating a challenge 21 ID policy at the bar. If you can’t provide photographic and holographic identification when asked, you will not be served.

So if you are lucky enough to look under 21 please make sure that you bring an acceptable form of proof of age ID. This Includes

  • A photo drivers license
  • A passport (not a photocopy)
  • A PASS (Proof of Age Standards Scheme) proof of age card

We advise that you invest in a PASS card rather than a passport or driving license as we wouldn’t want you to lose them in all the excitement. Make this as simple as possible with Validate UK & Citizen Card

Illegal Substances

The event operates a strict no drugs policy. Any one found in possession of illegal substances will be evicted from the site and handed over to the Police. For more information on the dangers of drugs please visit www.talktofrank.com
