Conditions of entry

Please read the following information before you purchase your ticket.

  1. Booking fees may vary depending on the levy applied by the booking agent.
  2. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  3. In the event of a cancellation, only face value of the ticket (not booking fee or postage) will be refunded from the point of sale.
  4. Management accept no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets. Once it's in your possession it is your responsibility.
  5. The organisers reserve the right to change the bill without prior notification.
  6. Admission to the festival is at the ticket holders own risk. Neither the festival or venue management will be held liable for any loss, injury or damage to persons or properties sustained within the festival site.
  7. Licensed event stewards are entitled to search ticket holders & their belongings at any time.
  8. To gain admission you will be required to surrender your ticket in exchange for a festival wristband. 9. Ticket holders agree to appear for no fee in any filming and/or recording of the event.
  9. Re-admissions or pass-outs are only allowed in exceptional circumstances.

Child Concession

Infants (under 3 years old) are allowed in free. No ticket is required but ID of child is essential. We regret that we are unable to extend free admission or a concessional rate to older children. This is due to limited site capacity.

Disabled Personal Assistant/Carers

In our commitment to make the Festival accessible to everyone, we may provide those disabled ticket holders that require full time assistance with a free ticket for a partner, accompanying friend or personal assistant (PA). You will need to fill in the PA application form and provide a copy of your most recent DLA letter showing your current entitlement.

Disabled tickets are the same as all other festival goers, and there is no separate allocation.

All applications for PA tickets must be received by Monday 2nd August 2010. Any applications received after this date may not be processed.
We will send out confirmation letters within 2 weeks of receipt of the application. This letter will either accept or decline the application for a free ticket.

PA tickets can only be collected from the on site ticket office and will not be sent out in the post.

Alcohol

Sorry but alcohol is not allowed to be brought into the event. There is a gated security system where bag inspection will take place by licensed stewards.

Illegal Substances

The event operates a strict no drugs policy. Any one found in possession of illegal substances will be evicted from site and handed over to the Police. For more information on the dangers of drugs please visit www.talktofrank.com

Not allowed

The following items are not allowed into the venue: For the safety of all festival goers there is a strict ‘no glass’ policy. No glass bottles please. Water and non alcoholic drinks in plastic bottles with unbroken seals up to 500ml are permitted. Please also do not bring illegal substances, alcohol, umbrellas, gazebos, tents, vuvuzelas, BBQ's, camping stoves, fireworks, smoke canisters, camcorders or other professional recording equipment, knives, laser pens. Any item not included in this list but considered inappropriate for admission by Security will remain at the discretion of venue Stewards. Any person in possession of such items may be refused entry and items will be confiscated.

Please note no dogs other than assistance dogs will be permitted in the arena.
